What We Install
We are capable of installing pretty much any custom metal fabrication project that we manufacture, including industrial stairs and platforms, bulk storage bins and tanks, and structural steel packages.
Field Crews
We do mostly small and medium-sized field installations. For these off-site projects, we deploy field crews of four or five men with a supervisor. All of our staff is quite good at installations since we test everything by assembling it in house before shipment, which makes it simply a logistical matter of getting some of our crew to the designated location.
Fit-Up
On all jobs, including those that use one of our installation crews, we’re meticulous about marking each piece and sub-assembly so that the fit-up is clear to anyone assembling one of our custom metal fabrication projects on site. This is even more critical, of course, for the jobs that we don’t install ourselves — especially some of the more complex metal fabrication projects such as spiral stairs.
